Bright Sparx at Highfields

What a fantastic term it has been at Highfields! As we begin to wind down for the Christmas break, we would like to take this opportunity to celebrate the incredible effort and commitment shown by our students over the past few months.

This term, Sparx Learning has been used across Science, Maths, English and Spanish to support students in meeting clear goals linked to homework deadlines, performance and reading targets. Students from all year groups have risen to the challenge, demonstrating excellent engagement, resilience and ambition in their learning.

So many students have performed exceptionally well that we were delighted to say thank you with a series of reward lunches for our top performers. These celebrations included everything from tapas to pizza, and from hot chocolate and cookies to other well-earned treats. It was wonderful to see students enjoying their rewards together and being recognised for their hard work.

We are immensely proud of all our students and the dedication they have shown this term. We hope everyone enjoys a well-deserved Christmas break and returns in the new term refreshed, motivated and ready to smash their goals once again.
