Parents/Carers
As parents and carers you could provide an enormous resource for our students because you are employed in a vast array of occupations across all sectors.
If you are passionate about your profession and would like to help our students understand that any career option is open to them, there are a number of ways you can help us.
You could:
Offer to help out with interview techniques and CVs which helps prepare students for college and work interviews.
Offer to take a Year 11 student for a week’s work experience during the first week in September.
Volunteer to speak to groups of students about your area of work, what the job involves, what they could achieve and entry routes into that career.
