Students can select more than one option from any section but we would recommend that they select a balanced range of options
Where multiple courses are available in a subject area we will provide support to ensure students select the most appropriate progression routes
Level 2 courses allow students to be more practical and hands on than in conventional GCSEs and are suited to students who might be talented in a particular area. Level 2 courses are equivalent to 1 GCSE. All Level 2 courses are assessed at Pass, Merit, Distinction and Distinction*
